HOW CAN I GET A BUILDING DESIGN PLAN FROM JAYSAM ARCHITECT ?
Getting a building plan from Jaysam Architect is simple and convenient! Here’s how:

- Find the “House Plans” section: Look for a button labeled “HOUSE PLANS” in the top right corner of the screen.
- Explore our portfolio: Once you click on “House Plans,” you’ll be presented with a variety of pre-designed plans. Browse through the search results to find a plan that suits your style and needs.
- Narrow down your choices: Take your time to browse the different options available. Each plan will have a description detailing its features and specifications.
- Found your perfect plan?: If you find a pre-designed plan that meets your requirements, you can proceed with the next step!

What details are included after purchase?
For single storey (Bungalows):

- How is payment made? : Payment is made online on the website or via direct bank transfer
- How will the plan be delivered to me? The plan is delivered in PDF soft copies via email, hard copies are delivered via courier.
- Do you process planning approval? : Planning approval is best processed for the owner by the planning office. We don’t process building plan approval but can recommend a party and help you through the process.
- Can we see the floor plan?
- No, the floor plans/layouts are available to
people who pay for them. - Can adjustments be made to the floor plans?
- Yes we can modify floor plans to suit your
requirements. This carries an additional fee due to the added scope of work. - What is the cost of the drawing?
- The drawing cost are listed within the plan
information on the home page and store pages respectively. - If I’m to modify a plan, how long will it take?Other information
- The listed plan costs do not apply to Abuja and Lagos State due to the requirements for approval drawings in these places. Engineering drawings are charged separately for Lagos and Abuja.
- This depends on the extent of modifications, the schedule will be advised upon the determining the scope of modification and prior to plan purchase.
WHAT IS THE COST TO CONSTRUCT A BUILDING
- Building cost vary based on various factors such as location, finishes type of foundation, we can give you a rough estimate of the building. A detailed bill of quantities can be done after plan purchase as a separate item.
Can I GET BUILDING ESTIMATES FOR MY ALREADY MADE BUILDING PLANS ?
Yes you can get building estimates for your designed plans if they were not designed by us which we will charge you a service fee of 50,000 to perform that task. If interested click on the pay for estimate button below, make a transfer to our account or pay via website checkout.
