Yes! Our building designs come with both our company seal and a professional seal for added credibility. However, this professional seal does come with a small additional charge. If you don’t require the professional seal for your project, you can choose to exclude it to save some money.

Can I See A Sketch Before Buying a Custom Plan ?

Absolutely! When you commission a custom building plan with JAYSAM ARCHITECT, you’ll receive a  sketch Prior to making a commitment payment for the building design.  This way, we can ensure we are in the same page and  the design aligns with your vision before moving forward.
